El Rescate offers immigration legal services including asylum applications, DACA, TPS, U-visas, adjustment of status, citizenship, waivers, VAWA petitions, and representation in immigration court. They hold free legal clinics (“charlas”) for community members and provide consultations, document preparation, and legal representation at reduced cost.
